This course focuses on building self-confidence and exploring the unique strengths of introverted personalities. Through thought-provoking texts, discussions and practical activities, we will examine how confidence develops and how introverts can flourish in social and professional situations. 

We will work on developing clear and effective communication skills, expanding our vocabulary, and improving our fluency — particularly in speaking — as well as practising how to share our opinions. Our goal is to feel more confident using English and to have a better understanding of how to express ourselves calmly and authentically.
